comfortable stay with great service
The suite upgrade significantly enhanced our experience, adding tremendous space and comfort. The staff consistently met our needs with smiles and valuable recommendations.
The city view from the room, while nice, was somewhat obstructed by nearby buildings.

I liked the pool area and found it relaxing after a long day. We also appreciated the friendly staff. they were always ready to assist. Being 31 and traveling with my partner, these small comforts made a difference.
The check-in process had a long wait, and I wish there was a more accessible laundry option.

Sunrise views and friendly vibes!
We loved it here! The One-Bedroom Premiere was amazing with the best sunrise views. The small pool had a cool view, and the kitchen was all set up for cooking. Staff were mostly great, but watch out for the bellman trying to upsell taxis.

Just a reliable pick for resting at all in Bangkok with great value for the money. The one-bedroom suite was spacious enough for my solo trip. If arriving with lots of luggage, try to arrange help in advance.

Family with children will love this place
We spent a lovely 4 nights in a big room with a great view. The kindness of the staff stood out, like when they catered to our requests during breakfast and set up everything just right for us.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Mar 24freezing pool
Disappointment struck with a few quirks in the room. some furniture was in need of repair, and the bed didn't give the back any favors. The outdoor pool, although promising, remained freezing cold even under the warm Thai sun and was overshadowed for most of the day, leaving little chance for relaxation. A small steam room in the women's restroom and a sauna in the men's restroom didn’t help much either, as it wasn't clear if both sexes could use these facilities together.
